By completing payment for any Tinotronics Global membership tier (Standard VIP or Premium VIP), you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances except where explicitly required by applicable mandatory law.
Tinotronics Global provides access to a digital subscription service consisting of predictions, signals, daily codes, group chat access, and downloadable digital content. Once your VIP role is activated by our administrators, the service is considered fully delivered and consumed.
Our service involves the immediate delivery of proprietary information that cannot be returned or "un-seen" once disclosed. Predictions, signals, and tips have time-sensitive value and cannot be restocked. For this reason, the right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital services is expressly waived by you at the moment your VIP role is activated.
Predictions and codes are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any winnings or betting outcomes. Losses on any lottery, sportsbook, or gaming platform are NOT grounds for a refund. You are solely responsible for the stakes you place and the choices you make.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after your VIP role has been activated is considered a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to immediately and permanently terminate the associated account, ban the user from future signups, retain evidence of service delivery, and pursue recovery of disputed amounts and related fees through lawful means.
If you accidentally pay twice for the same membership period, or if a payment is processed but your VIP role was never activated, contact our support team within 7 days with your payment proof. In these limited cases we will, at our sole discretion, either activate the missing access or refund the duplicate charge to the original payment method.
If your account is suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms & Conditions (including abuse of chat, sharing of premium content, fraud, or chargeback misuse), no refund of unused subscription time will be issued.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence. Where such rights apply and cannot be lawfully waived, they prevail over the terms above to the minimum extent required.
